I know it’s not always easy to find your dream job or the next best opportunity. The changing times and fluctuations in the job market can make job hunting quite a struggle for many people. That’s why I’m deeply interested in sites like ZipRecruiter to see whether these platforms can truly help people find jobs.
What is ZipRecruiter?
ZipRecruiter is an online marketplace for jobs where employers or hiring managers can post their available jobs and job seekers can apply to these jobs. ZipRecruiter, therefore, acts like a match-making machine that brings jobs and people together.
With the aid of its AI-driven system, ZipRecruiter posts job listings to hundreds of different job boards. The same system helps employers find their best candidates, invite them for interviews, and ultimately, hire their next employees.
According to its website, ZipRecruiter has helped almost 2 million businesses of all sizes find the right candidates. The company also claims to help employers attain an 80% match on candidates on the very first day of their job posting.
If employers and hiring managers come to ZipRecruiter to find and recruit new hires, ZipRecruiter also offers a free platform for people to find their next best job opportunities.
From a job seeker’s point of view, this system is very beneficial because you can filter jobs according to industry, location, and experience level. ZipRecruiter helps you weed through thousands of jobs and filter those that you are interested in or a great match with.
